Welcome to Scabdap Group Holdings. By accessing our website and utilizing our technical consultancy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Scabdap Group Private Limited and its subsidiaries, Scabdap Digital and Scabdap Fashion.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with our services or utilizing our technical blueprints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our platforms and services immediately.
2. Scope of Technical Services
Scabdap Group provides specialized professional services through two primary divisions:
- Scabdap Digital: Architecture and development of web systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), AI-powered SaaS tools, and digital infrastructure maintenance.
- Scabdap Fashion: Engineering of technical blueprints, production-ready tech packs, garment spec sheets, and collection range development.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content, including but not limited to technical drawings, software code, “blueprint-first” methodologies, and proprietary algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of Scabdap Group.
- Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a license to use the specific project assets (Tech Packs or Digital Code) for their intended commercial purpose.
- Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer our technical frameworks or proprietary documentation without express written consent from Scabdap Group Holdings.
4. User Responsibilities
To ensure technical precision in our delivery, users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project briefs and specifications.
- Ensure that any reference materials provided (designs, images, or data) do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Maintain the security of any access credentials provided for Scabdap Digital platforms.
5. Payments and Refinement Process
Our workflow is built on a structured “Refinement Phase” to ensure excellence:
- Milestones: Payments are due based on the project roadmap agreed upon during the strategy phase.
- Refund Policy: Due to the custom, technical nature of our digital and fashion blueprints, fees are non-refundable once the technical architecture or drafting phase has commenced.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Scabdap Group engineers every asset for maximum accuracy, we are not liable for:
- Errors or delays caused by third-party manufacturers or factories.
- Outages or data loss caused by third-party hosting providers or external software dependencies.
- Our total liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service from which the claim arises.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the INDIA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
